What is SupraPay?
A dollar or euro account to receive payments from abroad. You share an IBAN or a US account with your clients, Upwork, Fiverr or Payoneer. You can also send a payment link, pay a supplier, or withdraw with Mobile Money.
02How do payment links work?
You create a link with the amount and description. Your client pays by card or bank transfer. A PDF receipt is sent after the payment is confirmed.
03Can I pay a supplier abroad?
Yes, in many countries: Europe, USA, Canada, the Emirates, India, China, and more. By bank transfer or local wallet, depending on the destination.
04What are the fees?
No subscription. 3% on incoming transfers. 6% on card payments via a link (paid by the client). No SupraPay commission on Mobile Money withdrawals. To activate your USD/EUR bank account, a 10 USDC deposit is required - refunded to your balance once you receive 100 $ in transfers.
05Is the activation deposit refunded?
Yes, for the first account only. The 10 USDC paid to activate your first bank account is not a final fee: it is credited back to your SupraPay balance once you have received 100 $ in transfers on that account. An extra account costs 5 USDC - a non-refundable activation fee.
06Is my money safe?
USD/EUR accounts are managed via Bridge, a US banking partner. Card payments go through Stripe. Identity verification is required before any operation.
07Where can I withdraw with MoMo?
12 countries: Cameroon, Côte d'Ivoire, Senegal, Benin, Togo, Burkina Faso, Mali, Niger, Chad, Gabon, Congo, Equatorial Guinea.
08Do I need to verify my identity?
Yes, it is required to open an account and operate. The process is done online.
